About Us

Athena joined the beauty industry over 28 years ago and has also earned her BA in Accounting and earned her MBA locally from Berks County's very own Alvernia University in that same time. Over the last 7+ years, Athena was a full-time Regional Educator for L'Oreal Professionnel educating other hairstylists across 5 states before settling in her home county of Berks in Pennsylvania and opening the Couture Beauty Collective. 

Athena's Favorite Service: It's a toss-up between dimensional color services and curly hair blowouts. Both are such satisfying transformations for a hair artist.

Athena's Coffee Order: I'm basic. I like a coffee with cream and sugar or a Vanilla Latte with quality espresso.

Where Can Athena Be Found Outside the Salon: You can't, LOL! I'm usually traveling, either at the family cabin, an amusement park, or on a cruise ship somewhere in the middle of the ocean. If I am home, I will be in the kitchen trying a new recipe.

Athena's Favorite Berks County Restaurant: That's so hard!! We have some really great places! My inner Mexican loves Plaza Azteca in Mt. Penn. Specifically this location ONLY! We go there multiple times a month and have NEVER been disappointed!

Addison joined the Couture Beauty Collective this past June but for the past few years has been providing expert skin advice to her local community here in the Reading / Sinking Spring area. Addison started her beauty journey by really falling in love with helping people look and feel their best. "It's the best feeling for my clients to be excited to come back for their next service!"

Addison's Favorite Service: Spray Tans because I love giving people the glow without the harmful sun rays.

Addison's Coffee Order: Any holiday flavor like a Peppermint Mocha.

Layla is celebrating her 4th year in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist and most recently earned a second license in aesthetics in June 2026. "I have always loved everything beauty. I love makeup, hair & skin... I love everything. In cosmetology school I learned that I have a huge soft spot for facials. I love making people feel beautiful, safe, and relaxed in their skin."

Olivia pivoted from her previous career and joined the beauty industry in 2021 after falling in love with esthetics. She opened her own Femme Lab Studio in Ephrata, PA and joined Couture Beauty Collective to better serve her Berks County clients and works out of both locations based on client needs. "I truly love what I do, but even more than that, I love my connections I build with my clients. My goal is always to make you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for every time you are in my care!"

Olivia's Favorite Service: Brazilian Waxing! Hands Down! I love helping women feel confident, comfortable and beautiful in their own skin.

Olivia's Coffee Order: Dunkin' girl all the way! 4 Vanilla, 4 Cream, 4 sugar, whipped cream, and EXTRA ICE! Yes, I like my coffee sweet!

Where Can Olivia Be Found Outside the Salon: You can usually find me spending quality time with my kids or in the kitchen cooking something delicious! Family and good food have my heart!
